Delivery
We do not currently deliver outside of Ireland from our online shop. [Please contact us by email/phone to enquire about international delivery charges]. Delivery Charge
Ordering online the delivery charge is €5 nationwide for orders under €75. Delivery is free for orders of €75 or more. A delivery surcharge will apply to some large outdoor items which we will inform you of before delivery. Delivery Times
Orders are processed and collected for delivery each morning, Monday through Friday, excluding public & bank holidays. Products that we show as in stock on the site will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days (large wooden playframes and some trampolines will usually take longer and we will contact customers on receipt of an order regarding an estimated delivery time frame). During November and December order processing & delivery may take slightly longer due to the seasonal demands. Occasionally an item will be out of stock and if we are unable to fulfil an order we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot always arrange for the courier company to deliver within a specific time frame on a specific day. Deliveries need to be signed for and so in the event of the delivery address been unoccupied, the courier will call back later the same day or on the following day. Please include a note with your order if you would like to avail of our General or Christmas paper gift wrapping service or would prefer the product packaging not to be visable. There is no additional charge for gift wrapping. Returns
You can return your order for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange providing goods are in a re-saleable condition.
